Pack kula-edits
1. "Candy Diamond by Men's" Even though she appeared in the KoF series Candy was never officially playable and only a striker. For those who don't know she is a cyborg and is some what of a sister to Kula. This edit features fist rockets, missiles fired from the chest, and a laser rifle and pistol. Being Kula's sister she also has the same ice based powers as her. It's a good edit and I would highly recommend it.
2. "Alpha Candy by 119 Way" This edit is similar to Candy as it has the features listed above, but she also has electric based powers as well as ice, including a thunder strike move similar to Orochi's lightning pillar. Good overall.
3."Human Candy by Jin/Oscar12345" An alternate take on Candy, depicting her if she was a human, hence the name. Like most edits she has Kula's powers but she also features a hidden arm cannon, and get this: she even has Ironman's photon cannon as a hyper. Some of her attacks are taken from Kyo and she even has some of his sprites in her coding, but this is forgivable. A good character in all.
4."Other Candy by LunaTuna" A rather new version of Candy. She still has electric and ice based attacks, but she also fights with a pair of knives. Roster worthy to me.
5."Supra Candy by Betalille" She is the same as Candy Diamond. The only difference is the blue sprite swap, other then that, that's about it. Still looks cool though.
6."April Batis Kula by Betalille" I'm not sure what this Kula is based off of. Her special attacks remind me of Marvel's Scarlet Witch. One attack involves snake like ghosts and she has some sort of spell book in her sprites, but I've never seen it used in gameplay. Can be cheap at times but a balanced character.
7."Cyanic Kula by ONI-MIKO" A rather cheap edit of Kula. All her attacks including her standard attacks set the opponent on fire and launch them skyward. Download if you enjoy cheap characters.
8."Kula Dark Diamond by Shadyren" Yet another cheap edit. In addition to ice attacks she can fire powerful beams of dark energy. She also has Orochi and Magaki as strikers. They will perform their trademark attacks when called. Again she is not as cheap as most edits so give this one a go if you like dark characters.
9."Evil Kula by Metroker" Similar to Kula Dark Diamond but not as strong. She can fire a large red laser like projectile from her hands. Has Orochi as a striker. She's a little overpowered so download if you like cheap characters.
10."Holy Kula by smhungary89" This Kula is probably based off some sort of angel judging from her attacks. She has a wide variety of divine attacks and some are full screen or screen fillers, so yeah she's cheap. Also a slight NSFW warning: she loses her clothes if KO'd, but nothing explicit is shown. She takes a bit to load when the fight first starts so don't worry about your Mugen crashing. Not too cheap and it looks awsome to boot, so give it a go.
11. "Kula & Eddie by Arukari" This Kula fights alongside Eddie of Guilty Gear, as of such some of her attacks are taken from Zato-1. Also has Candy Diamond as a striker. Download if you like Guilty Gear.
12 "Kula Diana by Betalille" This Kula is an attempt to make her look and fight like Diana. She has Diana and Foxy as strikers. However she is a beta, as her animations are really stiff. Unless you just want to get all the Kula Edits I would skip this one.
13. "Kula Mime by Exeucore" This Kula has been made to look like a mime, hence the appearance. No new attacks have been added however. She works with Demitri's Midnight Bliss move. NSFW Warning: Loses clothes when KO'd, is explicit, and is compatible with some hentai characters. Download if you enjoy weird edits.
14. "Other Kula by Zelgadis" This Kula is very similar to normal Kula, but she has alot more health, bloody attacks, Omega Rugal as a striker, and a slightly NSFW non-explicit KO. She would make a good Mortal Kombat styled character if she was fatality compatible that is. A must have for the roster in my opinion.
15. "Ace Other Kula by Zelgadis & edited by 1220518404(ISOLDE)" I'm not sure what this Kula is based off of. It just looks like Other Kula complete with the same moveset, but a different name. If anyone can spot the difference let me know.
16. "Robo-Kula by KILL" This is Kula as a humanoid robot. Her moves involve transforming her limbs into cannons that fire lasers, rockets fire from the arms and chest, as well the standard ice attacks and a little bit of fire. She also has Candy Diamond and K' as strikers. Download if you like robo edits.
17. "Serious Kula by 1220518404" This Kula like most edits still retains her ice abilities, in addition she has a powerful laser hyper that looks like it was based on one of Gustab Munchausen's attacks as it only hits those who attempt an airborne assault. Other hypers include a quick startup multi-hit combo and a version of Marukare to name a few. Has Diana, Foxy and Candy as strikers. She's pretty good and I would recommend giving this one a go.
18."Sweet Kula by German" From what I've seen this Kula was made into mostly a brawler styled fighter in additon to having ice powers. One special consists of a multi-punch flurry. Download if you like melee fighters.
19. "Eve by Hanma" This edit appears to be based on your average magical anime girl. She features lightning fast kicks and punches, magic laser like swords, and some beautiful spell like effects. My personal favorite is a hyper that looks like a massive sword being plundged into the ground. Download if you love magical girls.
20. "Eve Original by Hanma" What would happen if Kula was experimented by aliens? Probably something like this. She can levitate, fire lasers, cause ground waves, and hurl explosive orbs. While the tentacles look cool she sadly doesn't use them in combat. Download if you enjoy Sci-Fi.
21. "Flamme Ametrine by Juke Kisaragi" This edit has Kula's basic moves, but some are also taken from Iori Yagami and Orochi Chris. Specials include Kula's One-Inch and Counter Shell, Iori's Crow Bite Shadow, and Twisted Moon, and Orochi Chris's D'arc Feld. Her hypers are original. I highly recommend this one.
22. "Boss Flamme by Unknown Author" This version of Flamme has the same attacks as the one mentioned above, plus she also has some of Goodman's attacks from Neo Geo Battle Coliseum, and as the name implies she is meant to be a boss. Download if you'd like a challenge.
23. "Flamme(S) by SarielP3" Once again very similar to Flamme, but with added projectiles including some to utilize juggle combos, as well as some that fill the screen, albeit not completely. Makes for a good boss, a boss that I would recommend.
24. "Flamme LV3 by Lash" She is identical to Flamme(S), and honestly I think she just has a different name as I can't find anything different between the two. If anyone does please let me know.
25. "Forte by Reifi" This Kula has mostly lightning based moves consisting of lightning strikes, spheres, and even a giant dragon like lightning bolt. She can also morph her arm into a gun and short sword. She is well balanced and I highly recommend this one.
26. "Ice by Black" This Kula's fighting style is a mix of Angel's and K's. Despite her name she doesn't have any ice based attacks. She is mostly a brawler and her combos are fast and deadly. She's a fair character and a roster worthy one for sure.
27. "Izzy Blue by Exeucore" This Kula edit is a palette swap of Yukino Ozawa (See Below). She attacks with blue flame projectiles, hence the name. Has a NSFW (non-explict) KO. She is well balanced, but being a palette swap, I'd mark this as a pass, unless you're trying to get all the Kula's.
28. "Kana Isolde by David Demianoff(?)" This Kula plays much like the original, but some of her attacks have been heavily upgraded. In addition to her basic attacks she can cause massive ice stalactites to erupt from the ground which nearly covers half the screen, a column of snowflakes, and a beam of pure ice, she also has Nameless as a striker. Has a NSFW (non-explicit) KO. She is not too terribly cheap, so I say give her a try.
29. "Kane by Black" This Kula appears to be based of K'. He has most of his moves including some fire based attacks. He is mostly focused on dealing damage up close so he classifies as a brawler. Well balanced and I personally recommend this one.
30. "Clone Kane by Black" This Kula is exactly what you'd expect, a mirror image Kane. As of such he has the same attacks, specials, and hypers. So he is just as balanced as Kane as well. Roster worthy to me.
31. "New Flamme by German" The latest version of Flamme. She retains all her attacks from the original, and boss version and she now has Marukare as a hyper. A nice addition to any roster.
32. "Jhoana Ivonne by kainintherain" This Kula is a fire user. The fire effects of her specials, as well as the character itself are a tad glitchy but this can be easily overlooked. One example is that her gloves are not always present during her animations. Her moveset is partly based on Orochi Chris with some hints of Iori Yagami. Most of her hypers consist of explosions that cover the entire screen and a variety of different sized flame spheres. Not completely cheap, but not completely balanced neither. Still she's worth a try.
33. "Neige Pebble by Zenjidoh" One of my favorite edits. This Kula has a ninja like feel to her. In addition to her ice attacks she has a hidden sword that she uses with a couple of dash attacks complete with ninja styled reflex effects(speed that makes her look transparent). She even has Cyclops's Optic Blast special attack. She is well balanced and I would recommend her for any roster.
34. "Sweet Fire by DuckSS Farm" This Kula is almost unchanged from the original. She has the standard ice attacks and as the name says, fire attacks as well. Has a NSFW (Non-explicit) KO. A nice character overall.
35. "Freya Diamond by Unknown Author" Another edit almost unchanged from the original. She just has Diana, and Kyo Kusangi as strikers. Has a NSFW KO that can be explicit or non-explicit depending how she's defeated. A decent character in all.
36. "Icy Diamond by Unknown Author" One of the more cheaper edits. She has Ice, fire, and lightning based attacks. Some of her specials are similar to Mizuchi, such as a fire version of Lightning Pillar and his Harae to name a couple. She also features a full screen laser and a devastating explosion that is also full screen and a one-hit-KO. Download if you like Orochi/Mizuchi.
37. "Shiny Diamond by smhungary89" Another cheap edit, on par with Icy Diamond. She has some of the standard ice attacks, as well as Candy Diamond as a striker. She also has a handgun and Ironmans's photon cannon for hypers. Other hypers include giant lasers, a version of Mizuchi's Harae, lightning bolts, and a larger then life laser that shows a city being destroyed when used. Download if you like cheap characters
38. "Amy Warlock by xXFunboy20Xx" Originally known as Amy Diamond, this Kula has both ice and spell like attacks. She has alot of flashy half and full screen fillers as well as Mizuchi as a striker. Download if you like magic users.
39. "Ami Requiem by Alex_z" This Kula is based on Ash Crimson. As of such she has most of his specials and hypers. She must be a late beta as Ash's sprites are present during some animations. This is a pass for me, but if you like Ash Crimson this ones for you.
40. "Ami Requiem(XIII) by Alex_z" This is another version of Ami, but this one has sprites based off Kula's appearance in KoF XIII. This one also has Ash's moves and is much better in terms of gameplay and quality. She still has a few of Ash's sprites present, but it's forgivable at best. It's a good character and roster worthy.
41. "Yukino Ozawa by Zelgadis" A widely known edit. She is from the fan made game KoF Memorial. She is also based on a character from a very obscure H-Anime called Body Transfer. She is mostly a fire user, and she has some pretty good combos. Has a NSFW (Non-explicit) KO. A good character overall.
42. "Yukino Ozawa(LV2) by Zelgadis" She is similar to the one mentioned above. A few changes include a new hair style, new effects for her fire attacks, and she no longer has air supers to name a few. She has a slightly higher damage output, however this doesn't throw off the character in terms of balance and gameplay. She is well suited for any roster.
43. "Puppet Yukino by Zelgadis" A boss from the fan made game KoF Memorial 2. This is Yukino in a brainwashed state. She is very fast and features upgraded versions of Yukino's specials and also possess Orochi's Marukare. Her damage output is very high so she qualifies as a cheap character. This character used to be AI only but was ported to be playable, but it was sloppy and due to a bug she had infinite health and power and some of her specials required coding to be taken from the original version to work properly. The download link provided above contains a version of the character patched completely and fully playable. Download if you like cheap boss characters.
44. "Yukino_MA by michaelarmaros" This edit of Yukino takes the specials of both regular and Puppet Yukino and blends them together in one character. An interesting take on an already popular edit. Good for any roster.
45. "Yukino KOFM-LV2(Newest Version) by Tai Tai" An updated version of the second Yukino. She has the same attacks, and now has a full screen one-hit KO hyper consisting of a giant flame geyser. Just as good as the other versions.
46. "Vesper Tourmaline by sai_jack" This Kula isn't based off anything in particular. She has fire and ice powers sporting beautiful effects. She can also shape weapons such as knives and swords with her powers, in addition she wields a pair of sawed off shotguns that look strikingly similar to the ones carried by Noel Vermilion but colored black. She works with Demitri's Midnight Bliss. Download if you like Blaz Blue.
47. "Another V by DnO" For those who don't know the V stands for Vesper. She has the same moves as Vesper as well as a few of her own. Instead of carrying a pair of shotguns she morphs her arms into them. She can also fire a laser from her chest, morph her arms and legs into laser cannons, stretch her arms and use them as whips and spears, turn her hands into drills, and combine her laser cannons with a missile launcher that comes out of her back. Works with Demitri's Midnight Bliss. I would definitely recommend this one for the roster.
48. "Gelato by DnO" This edit retains the natural ice powers, but with a few added effects, such as having most of his specials use a giant icicle drill instead of the usual, trapping his opponent in a block of ice and smashing it with a giant ice hammer. Even his normal attacks utilize ice in some way or another. One example is using some icicles like a brass knuckle. Works with Demitri's Midnight Bliss. He is balanced and suited for any roster.
49. "Gliz by Aoba" An edit of Gelato (or vice versa), and as such he has some of the same moves as him. Instead of the ice hammer he has Orochi's Marukare, and a full-screen ice beam. A good character overall.
50. "Another Gliz by Unknown Author" This edit retains the ice powers and other then an a ice laser, that's about it. A good brawler but he feels unfinished. I'd pass on this one.
51. "Fliz Emerald by Juke Kisaragi" This edit has the usual ice powers but can utilize combos and has access to Supercancels and MAX-Hypers. So she is formidable from any range. She has a sword but only during some intros and doesn't use it in combat. Works with Demitri's Midnight Bliss, get this: she turns into Paine from Final Fanatsy X-2 when this happens. She is a good character and I would recommend downloading.
52. "Fliz_G by Glasses" A slight edit of Fliz that gives her a new special allowing the use of her swords as well as sprouting a pair of wings to perform a divebomb attack. Just as good as the original.
53. "Fliz XI by Unknown Author" This edit is almost unchanged from the original Fliz, but as you can see from the pictured image she looks like she is made out of crystal. Some palettes have also been changed, making her look like she is made of turquoise in one, and gold in another to name a few. She now has KoF XI styled gamplay. Other then that she has the same moves as the original.
54. "Blackened Fliz by DuckSS Farm" A creepy edit of Fliz making her look emo. She has the same moves as the other versions, and she also has some blood based attack, One example is cutting her chest and spraying a stream of blood at her foes. If you enjoy creepy characters this ones for you.
55. "Kula Fliz by German" A fusion of Fliz and Kula herself. As far as changes go she seems to only have a new idle stance. Has the same attacks as Fliz and the usual ice powers. If anyone finds anything else different let me know.
56. "Flame Purple by Juanxoc" Although this edit is based off Iori Yagami and even has most of his moves, she only looks like this during her idle stance. Once she starts her walking, crouching, jumping, etc animations she looks like Fliz with a different palette. Iori is also present in some of her sprites, so one can assume this edit is only half finished. A pass for me but you like Iori Yagami, or just want to get all the Kulas this ones for you.
57. "Lyzer Spinel by Juke Kisaragi" This Kula is mostly based off Benimaru Nikaido and has lightning based melee attacks. In addition to having Kula's Counter Shell she also has Goro Daimon's Divine Comet Requiem and Sacred Estrella Tempest, and Geese Howards Reverse Volt Break, so she is part brawler and grappler. She is well balanced and I highly recommend this one for the roster.
58. "Power Lyzer by Unknown Author" A cheap edit of Lyzer. Her lightning attacks are now mid and long range and her damage output has been increased drastically. Also just before a round begins she will shock the opponent (about 90 percent of the time) inflicting heavy damage and leaving them with very little health. Download if you enjoy cheap characters.
59. "Izuko Chrysoberyl by P-tan" This Kula edit has been made to look like a cat girl. She is most likely based off Felicia as she posses both her Rolling Buckler and Sand Splash specials. She is mostly a brawler that features many acrobatic combos that utilizes speedy kicks and claw attacks. Well balanced and roster worthy.
60. "Izuko XIII by P-tan" This edit of Izuko has KoF XIII styled gameplay but doesn't use the sprite detail associated with said game. She has the same attacks as the other Izuko, and now works with Demitri's Midnight Bliss.
61. "Hiel by Nao&M" This Kula isn't based on anything. She has the same attacks as Kula, and her boyfriend (a palette swap of K') as a striker. She cannot do a Supercancel or a Dreamcancel. A good character, albeit a bit basic.
62. "Hiel_MK by ONI-MIKO" A small edit of Hiel that gives her Supercancels and Dreamcancels. She now works with Midnight Bliss.
63. "Hiel_SP by ONI-MIKO & SarielP3" This edit retains the moveset of the other versions. I don't know exactly what style of gameplay she uses. If anyone knows what gameplay uses Destruction's and Extinctions, let me know.
64. "Hiel(AKOF) by Keseni_Tsumi" This edit of Hiel also features the same moveset as the others, but with a few changes. She has no strikers, not compatible with Midnight Bliss, has Marukare as a hyper, and can create giant stalactites to name a few. A little cheap but great for the roster.
65."Lady Hiel by ONI-MIKO" Another edit of Hiel. This one still has her striker, and most of her moves from the AKOF version. She also possesses a couple of screen filler attacks consisting of icy explosions.
66. "Force Hiel by 1220518404" This version of Hiel is a fusion of all the other versions, except Lady Hiel. She now possesses Kula's snowflake projectile as well. She is a tad cheap but still worth a try.
67. "Silvy by Hanma" This Kula appears to be one part fighting school girl, another part magical girl. She features swift kicks and punches, as well as specials and hypers consisting of creating energy blades from her hands, purple flame projectiles, a giant flaming sword, and a ground pound that causes a column of energy for handling aerial assaults. Compatible with Midnight Bliss. A great character for any roster.
68. "Silvy_B by ONI-MIKO" This edit of Silvy retains her movest from the original with a few tweaks. She has been given Supercancels and Dreamcancels, and a couple of full screen hypers to name a few. Just as balanced as the original and roster worthy.
69. "Rockula by German" This Kula is based of off Mukai. She possesses most of his moves such as his trademark Rising Pillar, and Netherworld Agony to name a couple. A well balanced character. Download if you like Mukai.
70, "Dark Rockula by smhungary89" This edit of Rockula has the same moves as the original but with quite a few differences. She can hurl large chunks of earth from the ground, smash her opponents between a pair of brick walls, has two full screen hypers, one consisting of exploding rubble, and another that's a full-screen one-hit KO consisting of a ball of light accompanied by rubble. Has a 12th palette that doubles as a boss, and a NSFW (Non-explicit) KO. She does however have a minor bug, when fighting as or against her stages won't play their background music. She is 1.0 only. Download if you like dark edits.
71. "Alty by Hanma" This Kula is mostly a fire and lightning user, and also a fair brawler. her specials consist of beams of both elements, electric spheres, and a version of Clone Zero's Black Hole special. Compatible with Midnight Bliss. A balanced character fit for any roster.
72. "Vela by Unknown Author" Another robo edit, this one appears to be a fusion of Robo-Kula, and Another V. She has many attacks from both such as rocket fists, chest laser, morphing her arms into cannons and drills to name a few. Has Candy as a striker. A slight bug has her idle animation switching between two of her palettes (hence the strange GIF), but it's minor at best. A good character in all.
73. "AR026-P by Jurica" This Kula is based off some sort of android. This edit features machine guns hidden in her wrists, forcefields, hidden blades in her elbows and knees, grenades launched from the shoulders, Cyclop's Optic Blast, laser pistols and rifles, and a massive gatling gun. She is a good character overall. Download if you like Sci-Fi.
74. "Rudra Uranus by Shadyren" Also known as Stella Rudra, and Queen Ouranus, this edit is very cheap. She can open magic portals that fire multiple lasers, flood the screen with numerous element based spells, and most of the ice based powers have been replaced with larger lasers that fire in numerous directions. She also possesses a version of Orochi's Lightning Pillar and a full screen one-hit KO light based explosion. Download if you enjoy cheap edits.
75. "Depula by TrueChapter" This edit is similar to the original Kula. She has the standard ice attacks as well as a few fire based ones, like lasers, flame pillars, and fireballs of various sizes. She also possesses Mukai's Netherworld Agony, and Clone Zero's Black Hole. Has Diana, Foxy, Candy, Nameless, and Zeroko as strikers. All in all a great character for the roster.
76. "Spinel by Misogi" This Kula isn't based on anything in particular. Her specials consist of utilizing purple flames in ways like fireballs both as projectiles and sending them across the ground, ground waves, large exploding close range bursts, fire pillars, and sheathing herself in flames and charging at her foe. Almost no trace of the original moveset is present, an odd edit for sure, but balanced and great for the roster.
77. "Glacia by smhungary89" Another edit similar to the original Kula. She has some of the standard ice based attacks, while others have been greatly overhauled. This edit features ice shard projectiles, a giant black hole, and a blizzard that's a one hit KO to name a few. Has a NSFW (non-explicit) KO. A good character for any roster.
78. "Snow by Aoba" This Kula is similar to the original in terms of basic attacks, as she has a few original specials. She can fire light blue spheres of energy that somewhat resemble's a Hadoukan, send a trail of snow across the ground, and has Glaugan as a striker. She is an overall good character.
79. "Kameron by Totomanoa" This Kula isn't based off of anything that I know of. She retains the original Kula's ice powers, but also has a couple of spells as well. A few examples include a small fire tornado, a dragon shaped lightning bolt, and spirit dragons. Has Diana as a striker, and is compatible with Midnight Bliss. A decent character overall.
80. "Seal by Rislim" This Kula is also similar to the original, but is also partially a brawler based fighter. Specials include unleashing a series of blows and finishing with smashing an ice ball into her opponent, and trapping the opponent in a block of ice. A good addition to any roster.
81. "Kera by DnO" This Kula is a fire user. Her attacks involve controlling ghostly grayish white flames in ways such as, fireballs, explosions, flame pillars, and sending waves across the ground. Other specials include a large barrage of fireballs in quick succession, and changing into a giant fire bird and dive bombing the opponent. A good character and good for the roster.
82. "Reak by Chin-ya" Another fire based edit. She has the usual fireballs, flame pillars, and explosions. She can also create flame wheels and has a few combos that set the opponent on fire during final hit. A good character in all.
83. "Kukuru by Y K" This Kula uses both fire and ice based attacks. Her red glove controls fire, while her blue glove controls ice. Her ice attacks are mostly the same as the original, but she can also use icicles as knives at close range. Her fire attacks consist of flame pillars, and close range bursts. She also has a shadow stepping ability and a special that somewhat resembles Guile's Flash Kick. Compatible with Midnight Bliss. A good character overall.
84. "Quartz by Misogi" This Kula is a straight up brawler with just a few specials here and their. Her attacks consist of punches, kicks, karate chops, and uppercuts. Her specials consist of an electric sphere projectile, Clone Zero's Black Hole, and a ground pound that ends in an explosion to name a few. She is a great character, and I highly recommend this one for the roster.
85. "Kura by Unknown Author" This Kula is almost completely unchanged from the original. She retains all the ice attacks, and now has an ice beam, and Diana, and Omega Rugal as strikers. A decent character overall.
86. "Purple-Rain by Metroker" This Kula looks like it was meant to be based of off Iori Yagami, yet she doesn't have any of his trademark moves. Instead she has the usual specials that you'd expect from most other fire edits, fire beam, fire pillar, sending fire across the ground, etc. She has Fliz's dive bomb special, Mukai's Netherworld Agony, and Iori Yagami (with a glitchy palette) as a striker. Compatible with Midnight Bliss. She is basically a sprite swap of Fliz with added moves. A pass for me, but if you like Iori this ones for you.
87. "Mono Freaks by HM" This Kula has a symbiote like feel to her. She can can shape her arms into blades, spikes,and even a giant insect like leg. She can create slashing pseudopods from portions of her suit, melt into a puddle to avoid attack, fire sludge like projectiles, and even use her whole suit to cause a swirling vortex of what looks like slashing grime. An odd but great character. I highly recommend downloading this one.
88. "Izis by Nao&M" This Kula is a lightning user. She can hurl electric spheres, cause lightning to strike, and possesses a multi-punch flurry similar to Sweet Kula. Hypers include rapid lightning strikes, and a giant dragon lightning bolt. Compatible with Midnight Bliss. A good character in all.
89. "Izis(AKOF) by DnO" A minor edit of Izis giving her two new specials. One has her firing a giant Hadouken like projectile while jumping, another has her sending lightning across the ground. Just as good as the original version, and a good choice for the roster.
90. "Izis-SE by ejanho" Yet another version of Izis. Unfortunately I can't seem to find any difference between this one and the AKOF version, other then just giving her a different name. If anyone can spot the difference let me know.
91. "Terha(1.0) by DnO" This Kula is an earth user. She can create a pole axe for a long range melee attack, and possesses Mukai's rising pillar. She can also shape her arms into an extendable dragon's head, and spikes, has Marrow's Stinger Bones Hyper, and a laser. Compatible with Midnight Bliss. A good character overall.
92. "Terha(2.0) by DnO" The second version of Terha. She has the same attacks as the original, but with a couple of differences. instead of Marrow's hyper she can now smash her opponents with a pair of brick walls, and is no longer compatible with Midnight Bliss. Just as good as the original, and a great character for any roster.
93. "Isabeau by Ex-Infernis" I don't know what this Kula is based of off, this one is a fire user, but can also summon demons. She can throw fireballs, stretch her leg into a large demonic tentacle, summon crows, and create fire pillars, The demons themselves are palette swaps of Mukuro from Samurai Shodown, and Marvel's Venom. A clawed demon is also hidden in her hair, and she also wields a shotgun. Download if you like demonic characters.
94. "Isabeau(XI) by Elocomon" A slight edit of Isabeau. She is now compatible with Midnight Bliss, and the demon that looks like Venom has been removed. She now has Supercancels and Dreamcancels. Still good for the roster.
95. "Isabeau(New) by sky79" A remake of the first Isabeau. She retains the specials from the original, compatible with Midnight Bliss, and both demons have been removed and replaced with four new ones that resemble Freeman, Magaki, Orochi, and Mizuchi. She now has a minigun along with the shotgun. One new special consists of bloody demon hands. New hypers include making a satanic symbol come out of the ground accompanied with chains, and a full screen meteor that's an instant KO, and the use of an altar, but I've never seen it used in game. A great improvement to an already good character.
96. "Isabeau(XIII) by Kezello" This version of Isabeau has the same attacks as the original, but now has sprites and gameplay from KoF XIII, other then that their is almost no difference between the two. As good as the original and just a balanced.
97. "Isabeau(2016) by smhungary89" The newest version of Isabeau. She retains most of her moves from the remake, except the altar and satanic symbol. New attacks include explosions, firebirds, a flaming tornado, large flame clusters, and numerous volcanic like screen fillers. Slightly cheaper then the other versions but still worth a go.
98. "Magatsu Isabeau by DarkLordXelric" A cheap edit of Isabeau. She has the same attacks as the original, but now has Gustab Munchausan, Psyqhical, Sonic.EXE, and Tails Doll as strikers. She has no hit boxes and thus can only be KO'd by characters like Horror-Magaki. Download if you like cheap characters.
99. "Neo-Reaper Isabeau by Ex-Infernis" Another cheap edit of Isabeau. Most of her attacks including the standard ones can reduce the opponents health by half to three quarters right from the start. Her taunt is an instant 37 to 40 hit combo. She has no hit boxes. Download if you like cheap characters.
100. "Iruin by Ex-Infernis" Yet another cheap edit of Isabeau. Unlike the others she can damage the opponents just by walking into them, made worse by the fact that she can teleport right next to them, and all attacks are one-hit KO. Like the other cheap Isabeaus she has no hit boxes. Download if you like cheap characters.
101. "Lumina by Y&M" This Kula bares a resemblance to Lili from Tekken. She features an almost original moveset, but her specials are taken from Orochi, such as Lightning Pillar, and Marukare. She can also send a trail of Lightning Pillars across the stage. She is great character and I highly recommend this one.
102. "Mizore Shirayuki by Zelgadis" A heavily edited Kula. This is one of the main protagonists from Rosario + Vampire. She has ice based attacks similar to Kula's but mostly utilizes icicles of various sizes, she also can fire a sphere of energy, and has various lightning attacks. Again, I highly recommend this one.
103. "Viany Isabel by Zayro" This Kula isn't based off anything I know of. Her moves are a fusion of Fliz and Mizore, as of such she has Mizore's icicles, and Fliz's dive bomb attack. She does have one unique special though, which is lacing her kicks with icicle blades. Some of Fliz's sprites are still present as well. Compatible with Midnight Bliss. She maybe a mix of two other edits, but still she's worth a try.
104. "Serious Viany by 1220518404" A slight edit of Viany. Fliz's sprites have been fixed to resemble her own' She has more moves, such as a hyper that fills the screen with icicles. Specials consist of, some lightning, and wind based attacks, and a water like beam shot diagonally. Has Iori Yagami as a striker. Definitely suited for the roster.
105. "Esmeralda by Shunchainm, Tecla2000, & Alberich" An edit based off of a character from the anime Saint Seiya. Her attacks are fire based, such a sheathing herself in flames, fireballs, and firebirds. Other attacks include knives, donning her armor, and she also has Ikki as a striker. Download if you like Saint Seiya.
106. "En-Eins by Morinonaka" This edit is based of a character from Akatsuki Blitzkampf. He looks great at first glance, but once he starts her walking animation he looks like a palette swap of Quartz, and as of such most of his attacks are the same as Quartz. His only unique move consists of a full screen lightning based attack. This must be a half finished character as Quartz's sprites are still present in many of his animations, making it look like his jacket keeps disappearing and reappearing. This is a pass for me, but if you like Akatsuki Blitzkampf this ones for you.
107. "Lucy Diclonious by Crucifix" This edit is based off one of the protagonists from the anime Elfen Lied. While she does have the standard melee attacks as Kula (minus the ice) her primary form of attack consists of using her vectors to attack mid or long range. She has Nana and Kurama as strikers, as well as a machine gun special. Her hypers consist of causing quakes, a barrage of slashes with her vectors, and some aerial vector slashes to name a few. She also has a one-hit KO were she remembers the trauma she suffered as a kid, building up the power of her vectors in the process before causing her opponent to explode into a bloody, pulpy mess. She is a little cheap but a great character for the roster.
108. "Nana Diclonious by Manchotlife" Another edit based off a character from Elfen Lied. Unfortunately she is nothing more then a sprite swap of Lucy, having the same exact attacks and cheapness as her. She is still a good character in terms of gameplay, and the sprites aren't bad either. Download if you like Elfen Lied.
109. "Uma Thurman(The Bride) by Actarus" This edit is based of off the protagonist from the popular film Kill Bill. Despite this she's unfortunately not good, in fact her gameplay is rather broken. Her hitboxes shift around as she moves making her difficult to hit, half of her attacks have too many red hit boxes making her attacks difficult to dodge at times, and higher then normal states making her tough to take down. Her animations are also choppy. She has Oren, Go-Go, and a Crazy 88 thug as strikers. This is a pass for me, but if you like Kill Bill or are fan of Uma Thurman, this is for you.
110. "Lightning by Klares" This edit is based off the main protagonist from Final Fantasy XIII. Her attacks consist of utilizing her guns, sword, ice based defensive spells, and lightning based punches. An overall decent character. Download if you like Final Fantasy.
111. "Aoyama Tsugumi by Pabiloon" She is similar to Fliz in terms of basic moves and some specials. She also has a few added moves such as Mizuchi's Harae, and a full screen hyper that consists of falling lasers. She has Yashiro and an unknown character (at least to me) as strikers. Compatible with Midnight Bliss. She is a late beta, but more than playable.
112. "Aunus by Exeucore" This Kula is almost completely unchanged from the original. Besides having a different name and color scheme, she has some added hypers that consist of large spark, and a large vertical laser to name a couple. NSFW warning: Compatible with some Hentai characters, and has an explicit KO. Compatible with Midnight Bliss. She is an early beta, but decent as is.
113. "Est by Nekome" This Kula is a fire user. She possesses the usual fire attacks from most other fire based edits, fireballs, flame trails across the ground, explosions, etc. She also has a hyper that's a full screen eruption. She's a good character and great for the roster.
114. "God Kula by Unknown Author" Despite the name this is an edit of Yukino Ozawa making her specials deal slightly more damage as well as adding some new specials like a fire laser, and a few new explosions. Has a NSFW (non-explicit) KO. A nice addition to any roster.
115. "Huriken by German" This Kula is a wind user. Her basic attacks bare almost no similarity to the original, instead of using ice she slashes her opponent with wind generated by her melee attacks. She can also create tornados. She is a good character, and I highly recommend this one.
116. "Kula Claire by German" This Kula is an ice user, however she doesn't retain the specials from the original. Instead they have been replaced mostly with icicles and stalactites. She also has a hyper were she traps the opponent in ice and pummels them with a speedy beat down. A good character for any roster.
117. "Force Claire by German" This version of Claire has been made into a boss, having higher states and dealing more damage, other then that she is almost unchanged from the original Claire. Just as good as the original.
118. "Megumi Shinigami by Rikard" This Kula is a fire user. Her attacks consist of throwing fireballs both straight and diagonally, and stronger versions of her basic attacks sheathed in flames. Basically one part long range fighter, another part brawler. Well balanced and great for the roster.
119. "Mei Long Vampaia by totomanoa" This Kula edit has been made into a vampire humanoid hybrid. She features bat wings which she can use to close in on or make a quick getaway from the opponent. Her specials consist of a beam of blood, and the use of a swarm of bats. Has a NSFW (non-explicit) KO, but only if hit with a light or medium attack. A good character overall.
120. "Yuki by XxXxXGodVictorXxXxX" This edit uses the sprites from KoF XIII. Unfortunately she doesn't seem to have any differences from the original Kula from what I can see, besides a different color scheme and short hair. It would seem she is an early beta, but is more than playable.
121. "Aika Toacreat by Ainotenshi" This edit is mostly unchanged from the original in terms of attacks. She has two new specials consisting of a wind cyclone that sets her opponent up for air combos, and Nameless as a striker. A good character overall.
122. "Aika_MK by Tai Tai" A slight edit of Aika that gives her a different palette, and supercancels and dreamcancels. Unfortunately that's the only difference I can find, if anyone finds more let me know.
123. "Aura by Crucifix" This Kula is an edit of Hiel. She retains the moveset of the original, but with a few added hypers. This consists of a beam of light fired from the chest, light pillars, and lightning strikes to name a few. A good character for any roster.
124. "Aury by ONI-MIKO" This Kula edit is identical to Aura, having the same specials and hypers. The only difference I was able to find is different colors for her palette and specials. If anyone finds more let me know.
125. "Sherry Orchis by Ageha" Also known as Another Aura. This edit of Aura has a few added hypers, mostly consisting of full screen spell like attacks, and a couple more beams. A little cheap but still worth a go.
126. "Arrabella Aurora by StoneKFM1" A cheap edit of Aura. She retains the specials from the original, but now has Orochi and Magaki as strikers. She also has a ton of full screen one-hit KO's consisting of a light based explosion, and a floating skull. Download if you like cheap edits.
127. "Arrabella Rose by Shadyren" Also known a Yami Kula this is another cheap edit of Aura. She now possesses Mizuchi's Harae, quakes, lasers that can be fired in almost any direction, Orochi's Marukare and Lightning Pillar, and the same screen fillers as Arrabella Aurora. Download if you enjoy cheap edits.
128. "Cruelty Blood Aurora by StoneKFM1" Another edit of Aura. This one is also cheap, but not as bad as Arrabella Aurora. Her new specials consist of Mizuchi's Harae and Oomiwa, creating small portals that shoot lasers, and she retains the full screen light based explosion. Download if you like Mizuchi.
129. "Cruelty Blood Rose by StoneKFM1" Another version of Rose. Surprisingly this one is not even half as cheap the other one. She retains the standard ice attacks, and Mizuchi's Oomiwa. She still has a few full-screen hypers such as one that fills the screen with lighting, and another one with what looks like blue blood. Makes for a good boss, and great for any roster.
130. "Arrabella Rose Bakudan by Shadyren" This edit looks like it was inspired by A-Bomb due to it's icon on the select screen and during gameplay. She is very cheap, her only form of attack is unleashing an explosion that KO's the opponent instantly after the round begins. Because of this she can only be KO'd by characters like !Universe, or M-Reimu. Download if like cheap or joke characters.
131. "Mercurially by Manchotlife" This Kula is almost unchanged from the original. She has the standard ice attacks, and also some angelic based hypers. Such as sprouting wings and unleashing a full screen explosion of white light, and a laser beam. A good character for any roster.
132. "Olivia Alchemy by TrueChapter" Another version almost unchanged from the original. She look like Hiel with a different palette. She retains the standard ice attacks, a laser, and one special consisting of a magic like slash. A good character in all.
133. "Sariel 1212 by oreichalkos" A cheap edit of Fliz. At first she appears like a normal character, but she doesn't stagger when hit, meaning she can interrupt specials and hypers with ease. She can be KO'd with both normal and cheap characters, however her health will only be fully depleted when the opponent's health reaches zero at the same time, thus it will always result in a double KO, unless she is pitted against a cheaper character. She on the other hand can defeat opponents like any normal character. Compatible with Midnight Bliss. Download if you enjoy cheap edits.
134. "Inverno by Blue-Eyes" I have no idea what this Kula is based off of. Her attacks consist of icy blue flames, lasers, and some pretty cool sword attacks. She has two full screen hypers, one that consists of falling lasers, and another that's a big explosion of light. A great character and pretty cool looking. I definitely recommend this one.
135. "Sula by Nao&Tk" A widely known edit, this character is just as much of a fan favorite as the original Kula. She retains most of Kula's ice based attacks, and features a few unique moves of her own, such as a quick multi punch combo, a wave like projectile consisting of a gust of wind, and a hyper that consists of a laser being fired from her mouth, and another that consists of an explosion being seen from space. Compatible with Midnight Bliss. The link provided contains four def files for four different styles of gameplay. A very good character and I highly recommend this one.
136. "Sula_MK by ONI-MIKO" A minor edit of Sula. Nothing new has been added from what I can see, other then no longer being compatible with Midnight Bliss, and the space view laser has been removed. Doesn't make this version any less enjoyable though.
137. "Sula_Black by ONI-MIKO & SarielP3" Another edit of Sula. Unfortunately I can't seem to find no difference between Sula_MK and this one. If anyone does please let me know.
138. "Cruelty Sula by ONI-MIKO" This edit of Sula retains moves from the original, and now features some counter moves, and a few new specials like, white flame projectiles, skull like fireballs that seek the target, and Diana as a striker to name a few. Compatible with Midnight Bliss. A great character for any roster.
139. "Evil Sula by Unknown Author" This edit of Sula has been almost completely revamped. She possesses no trace of the standard ice based attacks, her specials consist of hurling shuriken like projectiles, causing shadowy explosions, and lightning bolts to name off some. She has a full screen one-hit KO that's an explosion of light. Download if you like evil edits.
140. "Extreme Sula by DuckSS Farm" A cheap edit of Sula. She has a lot more health, and bloody attacks. Her specials consist of grabbing the opponent and setting them on fire, a flying kick that hits multiple times, and spinning her head in circles while attacking with her hair. Her hypers consist of summoning various Touhou Project characters and tearing them apart while damaging the opponent, and disappearing in a column of flame to name a couple. This edit had me laughing for a good hour. Regardless of how cheap she is, I'd still recommend this one.
141. "Other Sula by German" This edit of Sula is almost unchanged from the original. She has been given a couple of anti-air specials that consist of a column of energy and a short range burst of energy. A good character overall.
142. "Mec-Sula by DnO" This edit of Sula has been made into a humanoid robot. Her specials consist of shaping her arms and legs into drills and laser cannons, a chest laser, and a minigun. A great character for any roster.
143. "Ultimate Sula by Crucifix" Another cheap Sula edit, though not so much as Extreme Sula. Her health regenerates over time, and her specials consist of teleporting, making bloody hands come out of her chest, and a flurry of punches. Hypers consist of a quick fire laser, a rapid fire laser. Download if you like cheap edits.
144. "Hybrid Form Sula by ONI-MIKO" This edit of Sula retains the basic moveset from the original. Most of her specials have been overhauled. She can now throw fireballs more rapidly sometimes firing four at once, and can now send a trail of energy pillars across the stage. Hypers consist of delivering a quick melee assault then launching the opponent with an energy pillar, and a dive bomb that ends in an explosion. A tad cheap, but still worth a go.
145. "Dream Form Sula by Crucifix" Another cheap, yet unique edit of Sula. She still retains the basic attacks from the original, but nearly all of them are sheathed in flames, thus causing additional damage. Her specials consist of a variety of dash attacks. Hypers consist of an energized ground pound, a laser, plasma arrows, and a energy pillars to name a few. She can also enter a state were she gains a pair of energy wings and can deal a lot more damage and can also regenerate her health while in this state. Download if you like cheap character.
146. "G-Etherial Sula by Unknown Author" Yet another cheap edit of Sula. She is a sprite swap of Sawaki-Chan, who in turn is an edit of Cyber Shredder. Her attacks consist of floating around the stage at blinding speed and quickly delivering melee blows and occasionally unleashing a random full screen hyper that's usually a one hit KO unless blocked. She doesn't seem to have any specials. If you like cheap edits this ones for you.
147. "Finale Sula by Crucifix" A once private character. "Cheap" doesn't even begin to describe this edit. Nearly all of her attacks are one-hit KO's even if blocked. She doesn't walk but teleports around the stage, her attacks consist of a variety of lasers, including one that shows a city being destroyed, and energy spheres. Attempting to attack her results in her firing a laser that is also a one-hit KO. This edit is extremely dangerous and should only be pitted against characters that match or exceed her cheapness like Crazy-Catastrophe, Ice-Oro Mizuchi, or herself. Download if you dare.
148. "Atomic-Saki by Betalile" This edit appears to be an edit of Sula with the power of flight. She can fire lasers, levitate, and fire wave like projectiles, she is a late beta and her animations are a little stiff, but she is more then playable.
149. "Silvy(Original) by Hanma" This is the first version of Silvy. Unfortunately I can't seem to find no differences between her and the other Silvy, other then having a black dress instead of a school girl uniform, if anyone does please let me know.
150. "Kula XIII(Hentai Edit) by Mugen Sprites Lover" This edit is Kula herself made to be compatible with those weird hentai characters, other then that she is pretty much the same. Being a hentai edit she is of course NSFW, so download at your own risk.
151. "Aura(2nd Revival) by Crucifix" A much cheaper version of the original Aura. She retains the same moves from the original and now has a variety of full screen attacks, along with the ability to create a sword made of white energy to name a few. Makes for a good boss.
152. "Dahpne by D, The Red Cloak, and Duck@ss" This edit is a fusion of Kula and Shiki from Samurai Shodown. She has Shiki's moveset as well as fire and ice based attacks, she is actually based on a character from some sorta NES game. She is an odd one for sure, but has great gameplay and well suited for any roster.
153. "Neo-Reaper Isabeau(2014 remake) by anonymous" This edit of Neo-Reaper Isabeau has been made into a more balanced character. She no longer has her theme music, the crucified Kula has been removed, and she can be attacked and defeated with normal characters. Makes for an epic boss fight.
154. "Other Kula by Zelgadis" Another version of Other Kula. Other then the red outfit I can't seem to find any difference between the other version, she has the standard ice based attacks, but is a more combo heavy character. My guess is that one version is a public release and the other is from the fan made game KoF Memorial.
155. "Reak(2014 Remake) by Chin-ya" A remake of Reak. She has new intros, win poses, moves, and hair style. As you can see from her ghoul-ish face she looks more evil. Makes a good sub-boss.
156. "Ryona Zoe by Unknown Author" This edit retains the ice based attacks as most edits, but has also been made to be compatible with hentai characters, and also has a NSFW (explicit) KO. Not entirely sure why she is called Zoe, she just looks like Kula with a few NSFW features. Download at your own risk.
157. "Kula Diamond KO by David Demianoff" This edit is just Kula herself with a NSFW (non-explicit) KO. She retains all her standard melee, specials and hypers.
158. "Kula Diamond(Mugen KoF Edition) by Swipergod" This Kula is from the fan-made game Mugen: King of Fighters Edition. She is somewhat of an update to Kula Diamond KO, she has custom damage sparks, and has been given counter-throws in her gameplay. Has Diana, Foxy, and Candy Diamond as strikers. Has a NSFW (non-explicit) KO.
159. "Isabeau by X" This edit of Isabeau reatins all the specials and hypers from the original, but she has now been edited to be compatible hentai characters, so she is NSFW. Download at your own risk.
160. "Kula Diamond CvS by MC2" This Kula retains the usual ice based attacks, specials and hypers in all. She now has Capcom styled sprites and has Capcom vs SNK styled gameplay. A great character for any roster.
161. "Mizore KoFMLV2 by Zelgadis" Mizore from The King of Fighter's Memorial LV2. Aside from no longer having Dreamcancels and Chargecancels, she is pretty much the same. If anyone discovers more differences let me know.
162. "Force Mizore by CUTTER" A cheap edit of Mizore, she retains her usual moveset, including her specials and hypers. She now has infinite power, and her health also regenerates. Download if you like cheap edits.
163. "Zombie Kula by Betalille" This Kula retains the basic moveset, but without the usual ice effects. Her hit sparks resemble blood, one special includes teleporting to the other side of the stage, and she has a hyper were she fires a huge laser. Being a zombie she has a lot more health then most characters. Well suited for any roster.
164. "Slime Kula by n" This Kula is a sprite swap of the hentai character Slime Plus, and as of such she is NSFW, in fact she only looks like this when she is standing idle, being....attacked by other hentai characters (yes she is actually compatible with others), or after being KO'd. Download at your own risk.
165. "Puppet Yukino Boss by Unknown Creator" An insane edit of Zelgadis's already cheap Puppet Yukino. She has both the attacks of Yukino and her brainwashed boss form, and some additional moves, such as fire columns, Marukare, and what looks like and aerial flame wave. Download if you like cheap boss characters.
166. "Marin de Aquila by Tonos" This Kula has been edited into a character from Saint Seiya. For the most part she is a brawler, but she also has a few specials, one consisting of a bird shaped projectile. Hypers include a powerful dash punch. and a flying kick to name a couple. A good character overall. Download if you like Saint Seiya.
167. "Marin-KOFA by Duracelleur" This edit of Marin has been given gameplay from the fan-made game The King of Fighters Anthology, She retains her specials and hypers.
168. "Inverno-KOFA by Duracelleur" An edit of Inverno that has been given gameplay from the fan-made game The King of Fighters Anthology. She retains all her specials and hypers from the original.
169. "Est(2016 update) by nekome" An updated version of Est. She has been given KoF styled gameplay and sprites. She retains her usual moveset. She is 1.1 only.
170. "Fliz-Max by Leaf" An edit of Fliz from the fan-made game The King of Fighters Max. She retains her usual moveset.
171. Kula Diamond by ScarletMoon" This Kula is almost completely unchanged from the original. She has her usual moveset, specials, and hypers. FF3 revealed Isabeau in her sprite file, but I've never seen it used in game.
172. "Kuula Fournine by DobbyGeum" Like Dahpne, this edit is a fusion of Kula Diamond, and Shiki of Samurai Shodown. However, she is very bare bones, as she is quite slow, and has no specials, hypers, or voice. Her attacks are slow, but very damaging. She is a beta, but try her if you like.
173. "Iruin-EX by Ex-Infernis" This version of Iruin has been made into a cheap boss type character and cannot KO instantly like the other version. She has Isabeau's moveset, and can also fire a volley of fireballs, and throw blades. Great for a boss battle.
174. "Chameleon June by Mu & pardo" This Kula has been made into a character from the anime, Saint Saiya. Her attacks consist of a variety of whip attacks, somersaults, and a fireball. A bit basic, but decent for the roster.
175. "Aika Toacreat XIII by MUGEN Zone" This Aika is unchanged from the original, but now has a new palette, and KoF XIII styled gameplay. Great for any roster.
176. "Fliz_SP by SarielP3" Compared to the other versions of Fliz, this edit is very combo heavy. She has most of the attacks from the original, but has much more brutal AI, plus one new hyper where she delivers a flurry of punches and kicks before trapping the opponent in black ice. Great for any roster.
177. "Lana del Ray by OrochiIncarnation" This edit has mostly been made to look like the celebrity of the same name. She has all of Kula's basic moves, specials, and hypers. Throughout the match a strobe effect is constantly active, so avoid downloading if your epileptic.
178. "Yami Kula by Sha4dy@ren" A cheap edit of Kula. Unlike the cheap palette found in Arrabella Rose, it doesn't matter which palette is picked with this version. She can dash around the stage at lightning speed, launch several types of projectles, (energy, fire, etc), or just flat out KO the opponent within seconds of the match. She can only be defeated with cheaper edits like Finale Sula.
